Summary

This snaps into the Smart Link connection on Briggs and Riley suitcases and allows for a backpack strap or other luggage strap to grab onto, while using gravity to hold it down. Tested only on my Essential 22 inch carry on but I think the connection would work on any suitcase. Made snug so it doesn't fall out. Print profiles for smooth and textured walls are included

Notes:

Designed to print on the top flat surface with two small sections of supports. No supports should be needed on the curved side wall. I chose 4 walls and 15% gyroid infill but you could go higher or lower for whatever durability you want. Fuzzy skin looks best in person if printed on a textured plate. I used .5mm point distance and .2mm thickness for the fuzzy skin.

oh really, that's interesting. mine is very snug, a little hard to pop in and out. can I ask, did you print this exact profile or were there any modified settings or different materials used? it seems others aren't having this issue, I'm curious what happened in your case.
