Description

** Added a 2 piece part so it can be printed on the bambu's

 

This is a one piece vat cover for the saturn 4 and saturn 4 ultra.  the vat falls in a ridge to reduce resin fumes. 
Its also possible to print a seal ring of tpu (or cut one out of a silicon baking mat)

because the size of the lid exeeds the bambu build plate, it needs to be printed on a medium large printer

Would you happen to have a file for the TPU seal as well as the cover?

when you click on download stl/cad, you can download the seal as one 1stl. and when you print you can split the file where you want in bambustudio

what led light are you using inside the printer?

just a regular ultra thin led lamp under cabinet with motion detector from Ali. it has a sensor so then I open the lid it goes on. when it’s closed the lid protect it from going on. (and only if the buikspieren goes to the top of bottom it goes on to, but not white printing)

Unfortunately, it does not fit the tub of the Saturn Ultra 16K

try printing with the door open. as it has a good tight fit. and pla will schrink in a closed cabin. as far as I know is the outer dimension the same for the 16k and 12k

Unfortunately the one piece part is removed as it wasn’t printed on a P1s. (The larger h2d wasn’t out when this was designed🙁
