Description

If you've got blinds (whether roller, shutter, or anything) with a 60mm housing at the top, you can slide this bracket over the top to hang a curtain in front, whether for blackout, or decorative purposes.

For an alternative look, print with no top or bottom layers.

Print with infill based on the rigidity and UV/heat resistance of your filament. BambuPLA is fine with 15%, some softer PLA may need up to 25%, whereas PETG or ABS may not need as much, but I havent tested. Obviously if youve got thick/heavy blinds you may choose to increase the infill.

You can scale the design along the axis of the curtain rod (z axis when lying down) to add additional strength, the default width is a good strength.

Print one and see how surprisingly strong it is, then adjust for the rest. The strength largely comes from resistance to bending by pushing against the blinds, rather than purely attempting to hold the weight under the rod only.
