Description

Plastic u-channel edge protectors that allow cardboard, glass, art and other things to have protected edges. Rounded corners cover the u-channels for a finished look. These were developed to fix a childs miniature whiteboard, but have found many uses for them. I used glue to hold them together, but the edges of the corner pieces help hold the side pieces together.

There are several versions of the corner pieces. One matches the straight edge design. The other has a ridge that should fit over a straight edge, but you may need to adjust it based on your printer and if the size “creeps” a little since the tolerance is tight.

I have printed in PLA and PETG on a Bambu Labs X-1C and a Prusa XL printer. Brims should be used to help stabilize the parts if your printer is prone to having parts come off the plate when printing.

These are an original design and are not a remix of any prior design. Parts developed in TinkerCad.
