Platonic solids
Print Profile(1)

Description
Platonic solids are a class of three-dimensional shapes that are highly symmetrical, consisting of faces that are congruent regular polygons.
There are exactly five Platonic solids: the tetrahedron (4 triangular faces), the cube (6 square faces), the octahedron (8 triangular faces), the dodecahedron (12 pentagonal faces), and the icosahedron (20 triangular faces). These solids are unique in that they have identical vertices, edges, and angles, making them fundamental in the study of geometry and mathematics.
This model includs all 5 geometries.
