Description

Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra phone case printed in Bambu Lab TPU. I printed this case over 10 times to ensure fittment and print quality. Settings that worked best for myself.

Rotated the case to be on a 45degree angle, printed at 240 degrees, part cooling fan at 70%. Again, this is what i found worked best with no issues.

printed in tpu, first round was way too thin. Second time at 25 % density and 4 walls and the case turned out just right. If you are going to do this in TPU you should really calibrate the mess out of the filament before sending something you want to enjoy.

thanks for the review. I printed this case so many times in order to nut the settings out. definitely isn't something I personally couldn't get to work with default settings! nice colour aswell

hi, i didnt have that issues, did you print it on the build plate, camera holes down bit the model on a 45degree angle? maybe drying the filament may help?

Everything would be fine if I printed this shell again and incorporated supports

Used a visual affect plate and really came out nice. It's for my wife's phone and she loves it. just needed a little cleaning up and was good to go

This is the first time I'd tried 3d printing a phone case, and I'm very happy with the result. You win a boost :)

I needed a simple case for my s24 ultra that let it lie flat when it was camera (back) side down. This printed well in overture high speed TPU

Printed perfectly. I've tried many different cases with TPU and this printed the best. Had to use supports all over, but worked great!

The little lip that comes up next to the screen has always caused me issues. So I used supports to give it the best chance and it was perfect. Thanks for a great model!
