Description

When the original filter is oriented on the build plate so that the internal 20mm (1/2") thread is upmost, there is an overhang which required support which would end up internal to the filter.

I have simply created an angle within the model so that the overhang can be printed without support.

Fits the submersible pump's external 20mm (1/2") thread like a glove!

Layer 0.2 is generally not a good choice for the thread quality of the G series, the thread is almost always of very poor quality. Otherwise, the model is a good idea, however, I would have chosen round holes and not these polygonal ones. In addition, I would adjust the print profile to at least an adaptive height of the layer at the thread point. However, the thread is modeled very poorly (which will probably be a problem when converting from the original model.
