Description

A replacement strap for Crocs, UK men's size 11/EU size 46, it will probably work for close sizes like 9-13.
I printed in TPU-95.

I suggest you face the print bed side towards the foot when fitting the strap to the shoe, so the smoothest surface is touching the foot to prevent blisters/chaffing. Also this allows the less densely printed top skin to stretch to accommodate the curvature of the strap.

It takes quite some force to push the strap button through the strap hole, I managed with just my fingers and a lot of force. You may want to use a tool like circlip or needle nosed pliers to assist with stretching the strap hole when attaching the strap if your fingers are not strong.

Warming up the end of the strap in a cup of freshly boiled water for 2 minutes makes putting the strap on much easier.

worked well, definitely use very hot water to get it on.

Yeah, need to resoften it for sure, but it saved my most comfortable pair of Crocs in a style they no longer make.

Fixed my crocs! puppy chewed them. I do recommend boiling the ends that needs to go over the caps. 45-60 seconds made them pop over nice and easy. size 11 croc - sunlu 95 tpu - printed x2 - consistent. I work in a restaurant and don’t even notice the difference though the tpu is much stiffer than the original material. Solid print, many thanks!

wish I’d noticed that it’s not recessed for the clip attachment I would’ve added a negative volume but whatever.

I suggest adding a little bit of a groove to help with the rivet sitting in there and working

Works great! You can also take out the old nuts and print new ones, that works good.
