Simple Hand Cannon/Grenade Launcher

2024.7.1 Update: Added a cartridge tube that requires three 2*6 cylindrical pins to solve the problem of easy wear of the original tenon. When printing, pay attention to the placement of the droplet type cylindrical pin jack.

2024.6.30 Update: Originally, I wanted to make it after Yuzu‘s Nyan's Dash in the Blue Archive (the prototype was M320), but it quickly fell apart XD. Only the large grip retained the M320 style. My color scheme for 3d printing is similar to Nyan's Dash. May put a rainbow cat on it someday.

Only loading and firing, no insurance, no sight, no stock, and throwing the case depends on gravity, which is quite simple.

I do not know whether this launcher can be adapted to the existing spring type grenade and refrigerant grenade on the market, welcome everyone to give me feedback after trying. I uploaded the engineering files for the individual parts, which might help you if they're adapted to other toy grenade needs. Also welcome to make new launchers based on the grenades I uploaded.

If the barrel is connected to the body and wobbles, it can be padded with Teflon tape. I put 0.13mm of Teflon tape on each side.

Some print placement suggestions

TPU wall thickness 1, 3% infill, spiral infill for the grenade tip

PETG wall thickness 2, 6% infill, spiral infill for the grenade base
