FLSUN V400 - Speeder Pad Top Mount

General:

• Wanted to have the speeder pad on top of the printer and train fusion
• Still WIP but working for me (see pictures)
• Top Mount for the speeder pad
• 3 Parts can be printed without support
• Requires one 90mm M5 Rod
• Please clean the holes for the rod/pillar with a knife before as the parts have small tolerances
• Wanted to have some friction between parts so that the pad is kept in place at the poistion I choose

Assembly:

Please assure holes are cleaned! When I tried assembling the parts first the top of the pillar broke off.

• Rod gets pushed into the lower part to give more stability (after cleaning) and should slide in with a little force
• Optional: small cap can be pushed/screwed at the rod so that the lower part is closed
• Before connecting lower and upper part you can sand the top a bit to allow smoother assembly
• Mount the part on top of the printer
• Slide in the Pad
• Connect the wires
• Done (hopefully)

In case you would like a more robust/nicer version I might be working on one.
