Inspired by https://makerworld.com/zh/models/500156#profileId-415205, I designed a 12cm (25mm thick) fan with a base.

Non-printed parts required: (Links are for reference only)

Type-C extension male header 12V decoy

Two-in-two-out quick connector terminal

12-24V round power self-locking switch (16mm opening)

M3*25 half-threaded screws 2pcs (thread length over 4mm, full thread is also OK)

M3 self-locking nuts 2pcs (ordinary nuts are also OK)

M4*20 screws 4pcs (ultra-thin flat head is best)

M4 self-locking nuts 4pcs (ordinary nuts are also OK)

Installation steps:

First, connect the vertical support and the pin of the connecting plate with M3 screws. The tightness of the nut should be such that there is some resistance when turning, but not so much that it requires excessive force.

Install the parts of the fan bracket plate onto the pin.

Install the fan and connect the bottom shell.
