Description
A few years later, I created the second version of this amazing cube. This one is still better for single nozzle printers, but if you have a H2D or H2S check out this new and improved version! Lament Cube V2
I designed this to be easy to print. Each side can be printed out of Bambu Gold Silk and the base cube out of Black. The cube is 3 in X 3 in. Each plate contains 3 of the six sides and one plate for the black cube. I printed the Black cube at 0.20mm, 10% gyroid infill and the gold silk at 0.16, 4 walls gyroid infill @ 25%. The base cube has imprints to show which side to glue where. I just used dabs of regular crazy glue and then sealed the whole thing with a satin clear coat. Black cube was printed on the Engineering Plate and the gold side on a textured plate.
There is a 4th plate for the entire cube with color, but it takes 1 day 4 hours to print ?!!? Nobodies got time for that! I left it on there if anyone is brave enough to print the full color cube :)

P.S. I would have printed base cube our of PLA or PETG, but I ran out… sooooo I used ASA. LoL
