<ul><li>0,28 mm layer height</li><li>50% infill</li><li>some tiny tree supports for the backpins</li><li>a baby-skirt and a small brim (no warping allowed at all on this one, otherwise you&#39;ll end up with 2 plates having different thicknesses, which is a security issue when mounted to the table saw, because you might get stuck on the egde between the 2 components when trying to cut your material on the saw) </li><li>best print with PETG or ABS</li><li>the second plate carries a locking knob (if needed). Just attach to the plate with a regular screw and adjust until you can lock the plate on the saw </li></ul>

Here&#39;s a profile for all H2D owners: prints the insert in place, without having the need for additional hardware:&nbsp;<ul><li>0.24mm layer</li><li>2 walls</li><li>50% gyroid infill </li><li>A few small supports for holes &amp; overhangs</li><li>Optional locking knob. Attach with a screw to the table, then adjust distance for proper locking</li></ul>

DeWalt DWE7492-QS and DWE7491-RS tablesaw insert

Adapted JiltedGeek&#39;s amazing Dewalt table saw insert design and transformed it into a zero clearance plate. Therefore, i added to the gap where the blade goes through a 3mm thick layer. I also removed some of the support geometry to have better access screwing the plates together (the outer screw is almost impossible to drive in, due to limited space)
