Since there wasn't yet a sign to my liking, I created my own version which I would like to share. The sign consists of four parts, which when assembled result in an approximate size of 355mm x 480mm. Square dowels in conjunction with plastic adhesive are used for assembly. Tesa Powerstrips are very suitable for hanging it on the wall, as they are easily removable and require no drilling.
