UPDATED with new models stronger where they need to be.

Young one, you must use more perimeters and infill than usual. A weapon like this is fragile in the wrong hands and deadly in the right ones. Splits into 2 lightsabers when needed. Seriously increase infill and perimeters if you plan on fighting for realz.

Made my beefier so I can beat people with confidence, but one side does not thread well at these settings. Maybe over time, the threads will "loosen" a bit. I also added a significant (and probably overdone) brim to ensure that the tall piece stayed on the bed. I do know that wall loops, layer height, and infill can affect threaded models. Material: eSun PLA+ Settings: Wall Loops: 4 Infill: 20% Gyroid Layer Height: 0.16mm Seam: Nearest Brim: 15mm
