Description

Summary

Version 3 of the "Fortnite lampbase" i made for one of my kids.
Lampbase that fit a RGB LED strip 150mm long, and lexan (glassv acrylic/plexiglass) max thickness 4mm.
The lampbase is 3D printed in black PETG top/bottom and transparent middle, any other material would probably be ok.
Lexan is cut/engraved on my CNC using 90 degree V-bit.( a dremel or similar tool can be used to make an engraving if you do not have access to a cnc of course :))
No supports needed if printed in the orientation of the provided STL files.

Size of LEDstrip used are 150mm long, 8mm wide and about 2mm height.

I also connected an IR remote RGB controller on the outside of the base.
