Great design! I did it default, now printing the tight version to see which one fits best in my case. However I'm thinking I would need something a little different and trying to figure it out. I'm building a drybox enclosed in a drawer. This part will do the work to be placed at the box itself. From spool to ptfe tube outside de box. The tricky part is that I'm planning to have a tube from the box and the drawer wall. The other side of the drawer wall I need another tube to enclose the filament out to the printer. Does it make sense?? Maybe if you could make a mirroed version of this part... both sides with tube connected... like the picture attached....

very nice Design, working great. Very important: don't tighten the PTFE part too much, the filament will move too slow then.
