TAC WEDGE!

The multi use tactical door wedge, now in a 3D printable format! Keep doors open at the hinge, bottom, or top of the doorway!

* Two eyelet holes added for cordage for easy carrying solutions.

* Ridges for hot glue or tool dip to be added for additional traction on slick surfaces.

This is excellent. I'm a firefighter and these wedges are far more adaptable to various doors we prop open then our standard wedges.

Glad to hear it is working well for you! If you guys need similar designed wedges that are not made out of a 3D Print Look up "Wedge-it" They are a pretty common solution in your line of work. My design was inspired by that product, I just wanted something a little more opensource for people who don't have access to the original.

I'm a Firefighter in Scotland. Love this wedge! Good print with no issues so far. I've added the hot glue as you suggested and the grip is excellent. I may remove the lanyard as it stops the 'High Wedge' function that the original wedge it has. I'll also probably try printing another and add plastidip to see the difference. Thanks for the file

The size is a good fit The recess for the hinges is somewhat narrow

absolute godsend for a trip we took out of country. we have a cat who’s as dumb as a bag of hammers, loves closing doors on himself. easy printed 4 of these overnight before we left , and they are still in use around the house. very well constructed, designed for ease of print and 100% do what they are expected to do.
