Radiator cover for Harley-Davidson CVO StreetGlide

I realized that one of the radiator covers was missing on my HD CVO Street Glide 2015. Since I would rather not wait for the HD Workshop to source a new part (not to mention the cost of original HD parts), I decided to try modeling one.

I tried to mimic the look of the original one by exposing the infill, and I am quite pleased with the result.

IMPORTANT: I would not do this for a functional part, but this is mostly esthetic, the biggest risk would be to lose it again (or maybe having it melting on the radiator, had I chosen the wrong material).

Update (April 2025): I have now used this for more than a year, it’s still in place and looks as new.
