Thank you for your response. Do you think the issue might be that the bed wasn't clean, or could there be another reason for the lack of adhesion? I just want to understand the cause so it doesn't happen again, even though it has only occurred this one time. I'm not blaming anyone, just looking for a solution.

I have increased the contact area with the heated bed, as you can see from the model. I have printed it many times without experiencing this issue, and as you can see, others have not experienced it either! Therefore, your situation is an isolated incident and cannot be used as a reason to lower the rating.
