Description

Have you ever dreamed of pushing your MOC on their limits, so the bricks might melt together? Now you can do it! Use this gearbox to turn your MOCs into high performance RC vehicles.


Read the instructions!


You will need to assemble:

1x motor A2212
1x sprocket wheel 11 teeth, 0.8module (32P) https://a.aliexpress.com/_mLiL3o8mLiL3o8

2x 8x12x3.5 ball bearing

optionally at least 4x screw for plastic 2.5x6 or similar 
 

some LE60 compatible parts (pins and axle)

optionally glue and grease
set screw to plug the maintanence hole

 

Instructions: 
1. attach the spur gear to the motor
2. attach the motor with 2 or 3 M3 bolts softly tighten the screws 
3. put both parts of the 40z wheel to LE60 axle, align the holes and teeth 
4. Screw both halves of the wheel together with 5pcs 2.5x6 screws check the teeth alignment 
5. insert the bearings to holes in housing parts, insert the 40t wheel, put 2 LE60 pins to the holes, test assemble the housing

6. gently adjust position of the motor so the output moves freely

7. disassemble and tighten the motor screws

8. Optional grease the 40t wheel, assemble the housing, add 4pcs 2.5mm screws, works well even with LE60 pins

 

MAINTENANCE: If needed, you can adjust the sprocket wheel set screw through the tiny hole, or use it to add more grease
