The lawnmower handles I designed are optimized for both design and strength to prevent future breakage due to improper handling. The recommended material for printing is PETG or PLA. For optimal results, I recommend printing with 3 perimeters and about 25% infill.

The handles can be printed without supports, but the results might not always be aesthetically perfect. Supports are placed in a part of the handle that, once removed and installed, is hidden inside the control mechanism housing.

The handles are designed so that when both are pressed, the safety button may be overridden without needing to be pressed separately. However, this feature does not increase any risk in use.

These handles might also be compatible with other Ryobi lawnmower models, but I cannot verify this. Therefore, I have included a photo of both the original and new handles for comparison.

If you have any questions regarding the printing or installation of the handles, please feel free to contact me.
