locking mechanism compatible with original spools
no supports needed
no holes or labels
the faces of consist of a 6x1 mm hex grid (because Hexagons are the Bestagons)
hex-spokes, for a more rigid spool

Printing

straight forward lay them flat on the face
PETG, ASA or ABS recommended
print them with the BBL Standard or Strength profile
no supports, brim or anything needed
concentric top and bottom layers recommended
ironing of all top surfaces optional (takes ages)
you need one of each piece
