Description
This Joint Case is designed to be as space-efficient as possible while still being strong and easy to print. It has an easy-to-use bayonet locking mechanism.
Printed with:
0.4 mm Nozzle
0.2 mm Layer-Height
PLA or PETG
Print the cap with the opening facing up.
Print the tube with the opening facing down.
The Keychain Cap needs to be printed with the opening facing down as well. No support needed.
The cap is hollowed out to maximize the space. The cap has an inside diameter of 7.2 mm and the tube has an inside diameter of 10.2 mm.
The normal size fits Joints up to 90 mm while the longer one fits up to 100 mm both including the space in the cap. I also made a scaled version, that is a bit wider.
Unfortunately some Print Profiles got taken down, because i did not have real pictures in them. I fixed this and re-uploaded the missing profiles.
