Hi!
I wanted to buy pedal for my tig welder (IDEAL EXPERT TIG 220A) and it costs over 100$ in my country. So I design my own.
You only need potentiometer (b203 in my case) and end switch, 6mm rod, 2 M10+16mm bolts, 4 M6X16mm one spring. Rest is printed.
It works great in my case ;)
You just have to find out which pins are for potentiometer and which are for switch. You can find it in your welding machine instruction.
Made with pla and petg. Works great in both cases.

3D PRINTING SETTINGS

Printed with 0.4 nozzle and 0.2 layer height on P1S
also
Printed with 0.6 nozzle. and 0.3 layer height on Prusa MK3s+
Whole thing took around 11 h on bambu lab p1s.
I would suggest to print with at least 3 wall loops.
