2-Axis Tilt Stage, Low Precision

Design Rationale:

Existing tilt stages typically range in price from 600 to 700. However, there are times when such high precision is unnecessary, and budgets may be limited. Therefore, I have opted to trade precision for cost, achieving similar functionality at a more affordable price point.

Features:

① Top features a T-shaped combination level;

② M4 nuts are pre-embedded on the top;

③ M4 screw holes are reserved on the bottom;

④ Standard optical hole spacing is 50mm, suitable for optical platforms and other instruments;

⑤ Hole diameter (M6) and spacing can be customized according to needs;

⑥ Handle can use hex key (only for manual rotation, do not use power tools).

Note: M4*8 screws, M4 square nuts, and a level are required for assembly.
