Description

Zero clearance throat plate insert for a Ridgid R4514 jobsite table saw.

Profile is sliced into two pieces and attaches snugly with built in pins.

Raw files include a single piece model for people with larger printbeds and the original FreeCAD file for anyone that needs to make modifications. The FreeCAD file is semi-parametric with all of the pockets that rest on the table saw support tabs being adjustable to account for minor differences in tolerances.

haven't printed much yet, but tackled this without changing any settings on a Bambu P1S will snap another picture once I install it in my saw since I am not allowed to send a PM yet, I was wondering if this was allowed to be modified? I would like to make a zero clearance insert for my Dado Stack Thanks for a very handy item

Sure, feel free to remix as needed. The slicer model files as well as my FreeCAD design files are available at the download dropdown above.

Thank you :) I have never modified (or built) a file yet, but once I do I will let you know if it works & find out how I would upload it Can I do the modifications with the Bambu slicer or is there a different programme that I should try

Typically modelling is done in a modelling or CAD program (ex: FreeCAD, Blender, OnShape, Fusion360). I personally use FreeCAD. It is possible to do some modifications in Bambu Studio. For this particular model I designed it in FreeCAD as a single piece and then did the cuts and added the connectors in Bambu Studio to make it fit on the print bed. If you are just adding a wider slot for a dado stack you could likely get away with adding a negative shape in Bambu Studio to remove the excess.

Fitment isn't great. required a bunch of modifications to make it fit. Even then it is still popping up on the right side. Pushing down with our own weight won't make it flush.

Hello, good afternoon, I would like to ask, is it possible that it will work for an einhell 10 1800w tc ts 2225 table saw? Thank you for your guidance. Regards

Not likely, but you'd have to see if the measurements are the same.
