0.16mm layer, 3 walls, 25% infill, PETG/ASA&nbsp;I recommend using a 20mm brim on the vertical parts to avoid warping issues, and 10mm brim on the legs for ASA specifically.I've had several failures with 10cm with PETG/ASA.&nbsp;You can print it with 0.2mm layer height, but you will most likely have visual defects around the curved areas.&nbsp;Using 0.16mm leads to perfect contours with PETG and near-perfect with ASA for me.&nbsp;Use normal supports for the connector piece to maintain the integrity of the hole structure, they come off very easily with mild pressure from the bottom.&nbsp;I've also used adaptive layer height (max quality, adaptive) on the vertical parts to help with curves/quality.&nbsp;The profile uses 3 walls, feel free to add more if you want but the angle of the part makes it challenging to increase strength due to the angle of the layers (45 degree printing angle would be fantastic in the future).&nbsp;It is very important to use Gyroid infill pattern on the vertical pieces rather than Grid to avoid vibrations from sharp turns.&nbsp;I used Bambu PETG-HF on a Bambu A1 on a textured PEI plate without glue (white tripod)I used Bambu PETG-HF on a Bambu P1S on a textured PEI plate without glue (dark blue tripod)I used Matter3D Performance ASA on a Bambu P1S on a smooth PEI plate with Magigoo liquid glue (black tripod).&nbsp;PETG-HF works beautifully but I still got mild defects on the top portion of the holder with ASA, YMMV (just slow it down a bit perhaps)
