Bambu Filament Swatch Box - Rugged Light

I liked the idea of a rugged box for the filament swatches and that the print should be lightweight - but even the “lightweight” versions were pretty heavy on filament and had absurdly thick bottoms and lids

i shaved the geometry down a bit to save even more filament and keep the bottom and top closed, so the samples don't get dusty

if you want to keep them somewhat dry, i've also included the original TPU gasket

since i've seen quite a few people asking for a version that fits on the A1 mini or Prusa Mini, i also changed the geometry to fit on those printers - and you can store not 120 instead of 100 swatches in the box

for a nice touch, i've added a logo/icon to the lid (optional, there is a blank version aswell

BOM

• 6x M3x30 screws (affiliate Link)
• PETG or ABS recommended, PLA is OK aswell
• TPU (optional)

Printing

• no supports
• 2 walls
• 10 % infill

A printing profile for Bambu Lab Printers (+ AMS optional) is included

Assembly

screw in every screw from the outside and tighten them lightly

Changes from Remix Sources

• Changed the inner shape and dimensions
• 3 rows, 40 pieces each instead to 2 x 50
• more tolerance, so filament swatches won't bind
• changed the latch geometry a bit
• changed the lid geometry and hinge position for more height saving
• changed the back hinge, for hight saving
