Features
- Round parts (bolt, pin and clip) are 100% round by standing upright.
- No glue is required. Assemble and you're done.
- It's a real M6.6x1.5 screw! Tolerance is very tight, you'll have to use a real wrench to tighten it.
- Minimal use of supports, only the bolt needs supports. Clever use of mini supports on the base.
- Optimized for minimal filament use. The pin and base are completely hollow and do not need supports.
The print profiles use "Print sequence: By object" to make it easy to print in 4 colors without a purge tower. I used Bambu PETG Basic Blue, Black, Gray and Red.
Designed to be printed in PETG. You can print in PLA but the colors will fade within a few months.

What's new in V2?
My hitch got stolen so I decided to redesign a new version while printing it again, published on 2024-10-17.
- Added 1.25" and one 2" that is 4" long for people using extenders.
- Added cross section inside to make it stronger while keeping printing speed high and filament use low.
- Tweaked the mini supports to be even easier to print and remove.
