I designed this improved spare part for my Aldi Ferrex grass trimmer.

Other models/designs with the narrow blades broke after a few minutes.

In this design, the blades are wider and have more flywheel mass and should therefore be more robust.

The serrated blades improve the cutting performance.

For longer durability, PETG or ABS should be used.

Dieses verbesserte Ersatzteil habe ich für meinen Aldi Ferrex Rasentrimmer entworfen.

Andere Modelle/Designs mit den schmalen Messern waren nach wenigen Minuten zerbrochen.

Bei diesem Design sind die Messer breiter und haben mehr Schwungmasse und sollten daher robuster ausfallen.

Die gezackte Klingen verbessern die Schneideleistung.

Für die längere Haltbarkeit sollte PETG oder ABS verwendet werden.

Top, this is exactly the model that fits my string trimmer. On the other hand, I do not recommend PETG (see photo, I had chosen yellow to find it easily in the grass in case it detached. I did well... I found almost all the pieces. It broke cleanly on first contact with a flower bed edge). However, the TPU 95A resisted well. In any case, thank you

Update: Works good.

Works great on my Einhell grass trimmer. I had to adjust the mount a bit to make the blade compatible for Einhell trimmers, but it wasn't a lot of effort. This design of yours is more stable than the original from Einhell. For me, the optimal material was PETG from Exdrudr. From me 5 out of 5 stars!
