Description

Minisforum MS-01 / MS-A2 / MS-R1 Dual Rack Mount 2U

*Should work for the MS-A1, though there will be a slight gap to each side, but the height is the same on that chassis, so it should hold it snug.

Factory dimensions for each -

MS-01: 196×189×48mm
MS-A1: 189.5x186x48mm
MS-A2: 196×189×48mm
MS-R1: 196×189×48mm

Thanks for the feedback @rex.park!  I've increased the size of the connection between the 2 and made it four M3 screws to secure them together and increased the size of the of the mounting holes to accommodate M6 rack screws.

Connect the 2 sides with M3 screws and secure the MS-01 with a screw in the back slots. I took some ideas from variations I saw online but couldn't find a dual mounting solution that didn't block the air holes on the MS-01.

Left/Right is as though looking from the front of the rack.

Printed in PETG due to heat it may be subjected to.  I would not advise printing in PLA unless you have the newer PLA HT.  PLA stuff will sag from the temps around PCs.

My settings were pretty much the standard .02 Strength profile on a Bambu Lab X1C, but with rectilinear infill.
