Description

Fuel Pipe Connector Removal Tool. Designed to make it easier to pressing the two buttons on modern fuel pipe connectors when un-plugging the connectors.

Printed the first one with the raft printed the second one with the raft removed. I think the raft removed is better. Now. I have to test it out.

My first broke free from the plate so I added the raft. It is cleaner without the raft.

Strength Issue:it didn't want to work for the Kia fuel lines that I was trying to get off it was just a little too squishy I think it needs to be printed in a stronger material not PLA but that might just be me operator error cell other than that fantastic design good job

I did the original in PETG, which worked ok on my Iveco connectors.

Witch material is better for this removal? PLA or ABS?

I don’t think it really matters, there isn’t too much movement or force involved.
