Bosch extrusion profile end cap 40x40 10

Ahoy or as we write in German ahoi

Just some basic end cap for Bosch (Rexroth), also called B-type, style aluminium/aluminum extrusion profiles in the dimension 40x40 with a 10mm gap/slot/nut. Beware, there are other dimensions and other nut sizes.

Notice, I deliberately oversized the end cap a little to add just a little bit of additional protection in case there are any sharp edges. Also, i increased the initial layer flow, because more nice :-)

(Bambu Studio “Preferences” > “Develop mode”, “Quality” > “Advanced” > “Initial layer flow ratio”, anything above 1 means higher filament extrusion)

I used Bambu PLA Basic Black (10101) on an A1, but this should not really matter at all. Use whatever you have. No supports needed, just place it on the flat back.
