Description
This is an updated asian hornet trap, inspired by the usual design for the cone but with more perks, as:
- Support beams, to allow better angle when attach to branches and placement on ground
- Better and way more resistant pot thread, with thread stop at end
- More gripping outside knurling
The main profile uses 0.6 nozzle, to allow faster print.
When the trap is installed, you can put a mixture of sirup and beer (refer to model comments), into a sponge (so the bee that enter don't sink into the liquid before going out),
It's better to keep the hornet alive if there not too much in the trap, as it will lead more to enter the trap,
When the trap is full with hornets, you can either fill the trap with water, or put it in the freezer for a few hours to kill them.
Note: I've seen a lot of the “usual design” sold on the French site “le bon coin”, despite it being none-commercial,
