Wanted to make the chest a bit smaller and to fit everything on a single A1 mini build plate, so downscaled it down and re-made the game card insert from scratch which has slots for 12 games + bigger slot for 2 more games or something else.&nbsp;On the first plate is the whole assembly with “loose” insert (98% scale) which can be taken out if you want to repurpose the chest to hold other things.You can use like double sided tape, blu tack, hot glue or any other not-so-permanent means to stick the insert to the bottom while still being able to remove it later.&nbsp;Second plate has 99% scaled insert that should be more snug fit if not even pressure fit (not tested). I made one at 100% scale, but that is very tight and didn't test fit it fully, since it would be basically impossible to get out without damage.&nbsp;The pins are very snug like on the original profile, but this is by design so they are pressure fit and won't fall off.Most likely need to file/sand a bit to get the fit right. Changed from by-object printing to by-plate and the pins printed fine.&nbsp;On the pictures are the finalized product straight from the printer and supports removed using following settings:<ul><li>0.2mm layer, 2 walls, 10% gyroid infill</li><li>Grey PLA+ @ 0.98 flow rate / nozzle 230°C / bed 60°C / volumetric speed 18mm³/s</li><li>applied some glue to the build plate since this filament wanted to peel off or warp</li></ul>Better quality obviously with smaller layer height and slowing down, but personally I was planning to post-process this later.
