Esun Spool Silica Dry Box screw-on lid PARAMETRIC

This 3D model is a desiccant silica container designed specifically for Esun spools.

The cap is designed to screw on securely, ensuring the container stays in place and does not move or wobble within its space.

You can find the original parametric file in Fusion 360, allowing you for easy adjustments.

Although Esun spools typically have a consistent diameter, variations can occur. In my case, even two spools of black PLA had a slight difference in diameter, less than 1 mm.

The uploaded file is set for a 54mm diameter, but you can easily modify the “TotalDiameter” parameter to fit other sizes as needed.
