Description
New model created from scratch based on the one on Printables.
Primary changes from the original:
- Added conical features to help lock the two halves together.
- Improved the clip design for better retention.
- Decreased the wall thickness to reduce filament consumption.
Comments:
- Both halves of seed float are the same. Either use the included print profile or print two.
- The clips have limited surface area with the build plate. Be sure to wash you build plate with dish soap prior to printing.
- I've printed in both PETG and PLA, both filaments work fine. PETG filament will be more durable and more resistant to UV.
- Make sure your filament is calibrated for flow to prevent water from leaking through the sides.
