Ender 5, Pro, Plus Belt Tensioner X and Y

16.11.2022 - add the X version for my linear rails. Test it with my custom mount but should work with an other models.

PRINT SETTINGS

3-4 perimeters, 25%+ infill, a 10-15mm brim will help, outer part and knob could be from PLA but inner part must be from PETG or stronger. For the parts to be stronger, print orientation should be like this without any supports.

• 2 x M5x10mm Socket Head Screw
• 2 x M5 T-Nuts
• 1 x M8x30mm Socket Head Screw
• 1 x M5x30 Hex Head Screw
• 1 x M5 N-Lock Nut

In order to keep the belts perfectly align through profile I highly recommend the Belt Bearing Spacer mod.
