Description

“Universal Weight for AMS”

  • adaptive not only for Bambu spool but olso for eSun(normal, cardboard, else) spools or more vendors.
  • with easy twist it can be lock on spool.
  • no more dropping batteries! There is a battery cap inside.
  • the battery cap has three holes to check the battery's condition if they leak or not.
  • do not get injury from the weight or spool. There are handles on both pieces.

Adaptive for lots of spools (for AMS)

The Plus pole should be on top of the holder.

You can pack 6 ran out AA-batteries inside and close the cap.
The cap screw is so sexy. Just try!

We have three holdes on the cap so we can see the battery's leaking or not. (It's quite important I think)

And there is an adorable FOX mark on.

With handles, you can easily twist both bodies to tighten on the spool.

And there's no way to harm your hands dealing with sharp edge of printing parts or even from edge of spools.

There is a lock mechanism so you can lock them together even they are not installed on spool.

You can here click sound when you lock it. Have a try It's so satisfying.

Just print any color you want!

================= <print guide> ================

!!! no support needed !!!

Every sides designed with consideration of the overhang angle: max 60 degrees or bridge.

Even you don't need any brims or rafts. Just a line of skirt's fine

(depends on the bed condition, sometimes brim needed)

I have now printed three of these after I adapted them to use our 50c coins here in Australia. I was scared the batteries would leak. Thanks for the original design. The contours are great. My adapted version fits 20x 50c Coins. Don't forget when printing - brim the cap. I did inside and outside just to be sure... after losing a print to failed adhesion....

Hey mate, Are you able to share your remix? I like the idea of using some 50cent pieces over batteries also.

I would gladly do so if I only knew how hahahaha I’m good on things I’ve been doing a while but unsure how to add a remix. I will Google it and figure it out and do so as soon as I’m able. Thank you for your interest!

That's fair mate i have not ventured into designing myself yet though i think its probably about time I get myself something to learn with. Thanks for the response. I'll run off a couple of battery ones for now and replace them if you figure it our or if i end up learning myself lol

TALLER AND HOLLOW (fixed)
Other Issues:The negative part modifier does not leave enough top layers to make this work. Only 1 layer on the recessed part of top as you can see in photo.

I have 5 of these printed and did not have this issue. Did you print from the Handy app or Studio?

@foxtolfo Hello,I really like your print. Unfortunately, the spool weight doesn't fit the new Sunlu spools (Gen 3). The weights are a bit too short.I have a picture of the specifications. I would be very happy if there was a possibility to adapt the model for the new Sunlu spools. Sorry for my poor English.

amazing, but the battery holder threads sheared off before it even screwed in all the way, and for an entire component to instantly become useless, that’s a big no-no for me. If I were to re-print it, I would set the infil for the part where the cap screws into the middle to 100%, but that is supposed to already be a part of the print profile. other than that, it’s amazing!!

My apology. I'm aware of that problem. I'm gonna fix the profile and warn in detail page. Thank you so much for your honest review.

Could be a little longer to fit some paper spools better

printed easy, looks great, love the middle locking piece to ensure the batteries don't fall out during installation, and to allow for periodic checks for leaks.

For eSun cardboard spools, disable uniform scaling and set scale @ • X = 100 percent • Y = 100 percent • Z = 104.8 percent
