PM-25mv bed slot covers

I wanted to make some slot covers to keep chips, parts, and tools from dropping into the bed slots and make cleaning a bit easier. These should sit just below the surface of the bed so they don’t interfere with anything. They pop right in and out.

There is an 8.5” and 4.25” length. The long ones are sized for having a bed vice installed. The short ones are nice if you need to use the slots, but still want coverage. It is easy enough to make a custom size by stretching the length.

I printed 4 of the long ones and four of the short ones. Make sure they print nice and flat. Make sure they cool on a flat surface as well. I also recommend you do at least two at a time to allow for lots of time for cooling for a good print.

3 walls, tops, and bottoms, with 25% fill at .20 layer height. Mine are printed in PETG.
