Pump for broad range of speed and viscosity - easy to clean, works for water, oil, resin, soap, lather, slurry, cream, gel, ointment or silicone and paint. Or as kinetic sculpture and fidget toy.
The parts have low clearance, make sure to sand the rotor surface and ream the holes for the shaft.
Add some lubricant for the shaft bearing holes.
Files also contain a high pressure top with lower flow and a mixing top that separates the low pressure flow into circulating the medium if the pump is submerged.
