Description

This Build Plate rack can fit build plates up to 3mm thick such as Garolite and holographic plates, and can be mounted with Screws or 3M/Command tape/Velcro.

  • 5- Plate PETG version prints in under 8 hrs
  • 5- Plate PLA version prints in under 7 hrs

 

This model is for the 256x256mm Build Plates for the X1, X1C, P1S, P1P, and A1. an A1-Mini edition is coming soon

PLA and PETG specific print profiles with different designs to facilitate each - please pick the correct one before printing. 

There are 6 versions of each for PLA or PETG: (each build plate is labeled)

  • 5 Plate holder with flat/straight/perpendicular aligned plates (no screw holes)
  • 5 Plate holder with Stair-stepped/angled aligned plates (for at-a-glance identification from side/front/above) (no screw holes)
  • 5 Plate holder with Stair-stepped/angled front + With holes for screw mounting
  • 3 Plate holder with flat/straight/perpendicular aligned plates (no screw holes)
  • 3 Plate holder with Stair-stepped/angled aligned plates (for at-a-glance identification from side/front/above) (no screw holes)
  • 3 Plate holder with Stair-stepped/angled front + With holes for screw mounting

 

Design updated to include:

  • 3MM plate slots - Increased from 1mm each to hold thick plates like Garolite and Glass Plates (e.g 1.5mm for the LightYear G10)
  • Minimized gaps between slots
  • Added large holes on top and bottom walls for 50%> reduced material usage
  • Added structural support struts at back/bottom to prevent warping or accidental damage while installation.
  • Smoothed face out for those who like ironed surfaces or for clean color swaps if you want to make it 2 color.

Designed for PLA or PETG: Select the correct print profile before printing.

Note that there are two separate versions of these models for PLA and PETG + others. The PETG version uses 45 degree angles instead of arcs for overhangs, and can also be printed in PLA.
