还在烦恼A1/A1mini打印的时候缺料和挤出机丢步吗

来试试这个挤出机电机散热支架吧

只需要一个5v的4010风扇 四个m3螺母和四个m3x12/m3x10(取决于使用的风扇)的螺丝

模型请使用petg打印 接线可以参考最后一张图

Are you still bothered by issues of filament run-out and extruder skipping during your A1/A1mini printing sessions?

Why not give this extruder motor cooling bracket a shot?

All it takes is a single 5V 4010 fan, along with four M3 nuts and matching screws (either M3x12 or M3x10, depending on the specific fan you're using).

For the bracket, it's recommended to print it using PETG material. As for the wiring, kindly refer to the illustration provided in the last image.

-更改了螺母朝向 打印不会出现破壁了

 The orientation of the nuts has been altered to prevent wall breakage during printing.

-缩短了支架和工具头的距离 让支架安装好没这么晃

 The distance between the bracket and the hotend has been reduced, ensuring less wobbling once the bracket is installed.

PETG强度够就是太紧了取下来很费劲,而且取下来肯定GG了,卡扣可以改短一些估计取下来应该会比较容易

弄了个好拆的,但我还是推荐第一个。毕竟我设计的时候没打算随时拆卸(´;ω;`)

换了强度高一点的pla,已经装上去了,很好用,感谢分享,之前用3010的风扇感觉散热还是不太够,这个4010风扇的大小正好

不行卡扣处特别爱断裂,太薄了还是z轴方向受力不行!尝试TPU不过温度和速度还没没调好。

卡的紧,好用的,就是要卡死,如果不卡死时间长的话很容易会出现空隙,震动噪音就来了。这个设计挺好
