Minimal Mouse 002 (Remix Me!)

🖱️ A minimal mouse shell compatible with the Bambu Lab Wireless Mouse Components Kit 002.

🔨 This mouse is designed to be incredibly easy to edit and remix!

📏 Use an included style (angular or rounded), or design your own!

Instructions

Step 1 - Insert the on/off switch and lens into the base.
Step 2 - Insert the scrollwheel into the mouse PCB, then insert the PCB into the base.   Ensure the on/off switch and lens are positioned correctly.   Then, place the battery connectors inside the slots and connect the cable to the PCB.
Step 3 - Insert the battery, then screw the battery cover on using an included screw.   Ensure the wires aren't being pinched.
Step 4 - Place the 2 top pieces onto the base.
Step 5 - Attach the top pieces to the base using 4 included screws. The screws should be flush with the bottom of the base.   Then, attach the adhesive feet.   You're done! ⭐

Design your own!

Files are available to download as editable .3mf files so that you're able to quickly edit it without the need to start designing from scratch.

There's a few ways to remix:

• The easiest way is to customise one of my included top pieces.
• Or, you can design your own top piece that's compatible with my base piece.
• Alternatively, remix my base piece to design your own super custom mouse. This will save you having to design the cut-outs for the PCB, battery, lens, etc.

Parts to 3D Print

Base piece   Includes base + battery cover.   The battery cover is highly recommended as it also locks the PCB into place.
Top piece   2 styles Rounded, or Angular (Easier to 3D print) Or, design your own!
