Laifen Toothbrush Carrying Case

1. Model Overview

This model is a carrying case specifically designed for Laifen electric toothbrush. 

This outer case is designed upon Rugged Box (Parametric) by Whity, which is remixed from 
Tool box parametric by Yanev. Please DO NOT use my model for any commercial use, because the aforementioned creators licensed the box design under a Creative Commons (4.0 International License) Attribution—Noncommercial

This Laifen Toothbrush Carrying Case features:

• A compact but rugged design that allows you to store the toothbrush without removing the brush head.

• Designed to just fit in 180mm x 180mm plate diagonally, so you can print it with your A1 mini without any issue. You can speed up the print process if your printer has a larger plate by rearranging the models.

• Highly precise dimension design, just fit the toothbrush without any shaking room after close the lid
  •

• Well structured to keep the toothbrush stay in the middle of the case, and specially designed airflow holes to keep the inner case well ventilated
  • 
• Although the size difference is small among three versions (less than 1mm difference in width and length, same height), I still separately designed and upload 3 versions carrying cases, please choose the corresponding printing profile based on your toothbrush to achieve a perfect tight fit.

2. Model Specifications

• Dimensions: 46.2mm (H) x 218.5mm (W) x 58.5mm (D)
• Weight: ~130g
• Material & Color Recommendations: 
  • I found White Marble workes great for this case design

3. Printing Parameters

• Layer Height: 0.08mm is recommended to ensure a smooth finish
• Infill Percentage: 15% for optimal balance of strength and material usage.
• Support/Adhesion: No support
• Plate: both textured plate and smooth PEI Plate worked great, but I like the textured plate more

4. Assembly Instructions

This case requires 6x m3x30 screws to assemble works as hinge and snap structure. If you don't have M3x30, please comment below, I can change the model to provide more options.

The assembly process is quite straightforward, only one point worth mentioning: Insert the screw from outside (because the inner circles are smaller than the outer ones to perfectly fix the screws in place)

And TA-DA, there you have it!

Although I only tested on my ABS toothbrush, but I believe it also works for the Stainless Steel and Aluminum Alloy ones, since the rest two are slight smaller than the ABS one.
