Description

Putting my new 0.2mm nozzle through its paces!

Tried to shrink one of my existing flower models as much as possible to make these very small, but still detailed micro daffodil flowers. Produced from a 3d scan of a real life daffodil I made - optimised for 0.2mm nozzle and for use in earrings or as small jewellery charms.

Two versions provided in the provided print profiles - one designed to be glued to a stud earring, and another with a 1.5mm hole designed for threading onto a jump ring (and then onto a dangle earring/bracelet/necklace whatever you like!)

Also provided a 150% scale one that works with a 0.4mm nozzle (you can maybe go smaller but it will be a challenge)

Assembly instructions:
-For stud earring apply a tiny amount of superglue and fix to blank stud earring

-You can get blank stud earrings and jump rings etc. for making your own jewellery in kits like this: ASTER 380 Pcs Earring Making Kit, Hypoallergenic Earring Hooks, Earring Making Supplies Kit, Jump Rings, Earring Pins and Earring Backs, 925 Silver and Gold Plated Earring Hooks for Jewelry Making : Amazon.co.uk: Home & Kitchen

Note this is a very tiny and detailed model, it is delicate and does require your .2mm nozzle to be well calibrated. It also requires quite a bit of support removal - I've done it fine on 10+ test prints but you'll like need tweezers or needle nose pliers

Hope you like it! As always feedback and comments welcome :) If you like this model you might like some of my other 3d scanned flower models: Scanned Flower Models | Collection - MakerWorld

1° -printed 6 of the ones without holes, all perfect! 2° - printed 6 with holes, and they are a little bit harder to set free- lost 1 petal and 1 hole, but then learned to be more gentle. hehe. Still perfect! Pla basic sunflower yellow (bambu lab) 0.2mm nozzle P1S

Printed in 2 pieces (leaves and the center, nearly no support and easy to peel it off.) with 0.4 and 50-60mm speed, worked pretty nice. I plan to print 2 sets - in white and in yellow and mix them up.

Other Issues:I think the filament used is not suitable for this print At Refter, with other types of suitable filament this time

Part broke on support removal, really tricky to print, but nice otherwise
