Officially my first fully finished 3D print. filled - sanded - primed - sanded - painted. I accidentally got a really cool hammered metal finish by spraying my final clear coat a bit too far away so it made some kind of texture that made it look more like metal. Thanks for the model! I'm ready for the holy war.

Printed mine in PLA Matte Charcoal used super glue to put it together, used a .4 nozzle and a .16 layer height

Cool design! The handle was printed in Bambu Lab Iridium Gold Metallic PLA Metal and the blade was printed in Bambu Lab black PLA Basic.

Found there to be a lot of space between parts because the dowels were too long - needed to sand these to get a snug fit, seemed needless

I was a little surprised this model required glue (although if I’d paid closer attention to notes I certainly could have figured it out) Overall it’s got a really cool look. on the last few layers the nozzle started pushing the print and it started to break. Fortunately I was standing right there and stopped it in time. I don’t know if my A1’s calibration was just off or what bc I haven’t noticed the problem since. It still came out more or less complete in the end
