Description

3D printable Shuttlecock that is fully functional - you can adjust the weigth and feel by changing density of the base. 

Make sure to print the base using TPU filament.

 

You need at least 16 “feathers” to assemble single shuttlecock, I however suggest to print few spares. 

Assembly:

 

Just push the “feathers” into the base. If the holes are too small you may need to calibrate your TPU filament beforhand.

it wasn't functional in a game but aesthetically very impressive. worth while if you would like a show peice on display.

Great job!! What is considered a recommended material for the feathers? I guss PLA might be too stiff and break? So maybe PETG?

it does not work at all the feathers do not fit into the base

nice one, but after we played with it a while it broke. I will try print a new one later that is not that heavy
