Description

I added a Thicker/Stronger Shelf, if you want to use the thicker one i have a print profile just for that or if you want to use the raw files the shelf is by itself so download both files and just delete the shelf part from the first to get the legs nut and pin.

A Shelf for on top of a computer monitor the legs are teethed so that the angle can be adjusted. The shelf dimensions are 225mm x 150mm.

Mine is set up so that the Leg with the pin is on the right and the just plain leg is on left (if you would need to get different degrees of angles you can't get with the leg and pin on right you can switch them). The teeth make it so that you don't have to tighten down extremely hard on the nut just enough to keep them in the teeth.

If you don't use the print profile and just download i would recommend using a height range modifier for the nut and leg & pin for the threads i used .12 layer height and increased walls to make it solid for thread area. The NUT NEEDS TO BE SCALED for clearance-- 103% in X & Y plane worked me, make sure uniform is turned off. i also blocked supports for the threads so they didn't get messed up and for the slowed the layer time down to 7 sec. and min print speed to 14 so the threads would be ok but i was using generic filament.

Why is mine different from what I printed? The angle cannot be adjusted, but it can be used, adjust the angle of the display to make it horizontal

didn't you take a look in the slicer before printing? Interesting how people manage to print something different than they wanted.

PLA Printed. Strengthened Thicker shelf versions. Broke after trying to adjust the side for the first time.

“the teeth make it so that you do not need to tighten down hard on the nut” that was in the description, you are tightening a nut that goes with the layer lines. it was just made to hold it in place.

The shelf is much bigger than I thought it was. I also thought You could adjust the leg separately, but they have to be moved together and you can only put the shelf in the middle of a curved monitor. regardless, I love this shelf.
